Percentage values are numbers followed by a percent (%) sign. Example: 21.3%. A plus sign (+) or minus sign (-) can precede the number to indicate the sign of the percentage value. Example: -42%.
Some properties may restrict percentage values. There may be property values, for example, that only allow positive percentage values.
